Through the Kallvest Training Academy we empower and upskill our loyal employees in order to provide them with personal and career growth opportunities.
We believe that all young people deserve a chance to build a career, irrespective of background or access to education.
Based on this belief we’ve created an initiative that, at no cost to them, trains selected unemployed youths as security guards. Once training has been completed, we then employ them across various Kallvest sites. Our Corporate Social Investment initiatives are also targeted to assist non-profit organisations that are focused on youth development.
